Bryan started his career at Eastern as a Site Engineer working on landmark projects such as Roy Thomson Hall and the CBC Broadcast Centre. As CEO, he believes in a hands-on approach, reviewing each and every key deliverable before presenting to the Client. Bryan is a Director with Skills Ontario and the outgoing Chairman of the Ontario General Contracting Association.

DEAN WALKER // President
Superior communication, teamwork, and leadership have positioned Dean to work on Eastern’s most logistically complex projects with the firm’s top clients. He employs a collaborative management style where stakeholders become highly engaged participants in the entire process. Acting as a resource, Dean takes the time to educate clients and team members alike in the nuances of constructability, schedule impact, and budget decisions.

Steve Gray // VP Operations
Steve began his career as a Project Engineer and has progressively developed into the role of Construction Manager and currently acts as Director Operations. Steve brings sound expertise in managing site operations, construction methods, planning and scheduling with the ability to bring out the best in his team. Steve engages the trades and knows how to target key project milestones through stakeholder collaboration. Steve is a member of Eastern’s Board of Directors.

Director Operations
With the majority of Heather Anne’s project experience derived from Healthcare and Hospitality assignments within Toronto’s core, she is adept at dealing with complex sites, utilizing advanced techniques to manage site logistics and material handling, enhancing site productivity and bolstering schedule certainty. As a senior leader of the firm, Heather Anne reviews all active projects providing input and guidance.

Renato delivers key operational leadership to Eastern’s field operations teams, which includes client relations, financial planning, resource planning, labour relations, and employee development.

Michael is a seasoned construction professional who worked with some of Canada’s most noted General Contractors. Specializing in project acquisition and pursuit management, Michael has led over 500 bids including Lump Sum, Construction Management, Design Build, Modified Design Build, Integrated Project Delivery, and Alternative Financing where he was responsible for securing work, negotiating contracts, and mobilizing the team.

ADAM McFARLAND // CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Adam is adept at problem solving, negotiating, and communications. With his team of exceptional estimators, Adam collaborates with stakeholders and digs into the details of each project by thoroughly reviewing specifications and drawings to establish priorities and develop comprehensive estimates ensuring accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and quantity take-offs to meet project goals. Adam offers experience with high-performance building systems, mass timber, low-carbon, and net-zero solutions.

Martin Kibble // VP Finance
Martin is an integral part of the Leadership team and Board of Directors with financial responsibility for $200M+ in construction annually. He provides leadership, direction and management of company accounting, financial planning, budget management, and IT planning functions. Martin holds himself and others accountable for project accounting best practices and supports project teams with accurate and timely financial metrics and support services.

Andy Pabla // VP Risk Management
Andy offers decades of progressive experience as a senior administrator involved in all aspects of commercial construction with a particular focus on public sector projects. Andy supports Estimating and Project Teams stationed on-site advising on contractual and construction risks as well as project-level financial management. He oversees project cost reporting, the review and administration of contracts, and assists with procurement and the preparation of monthly project reports.
