Bryan is a Director with Skills Ontario and the outgoing Chairman of the Ontario General Contracting Association.

Steve Gray // VP Operations

Steve began his career as a Project Engineer and has progressively developed into the role of Construction Manager and currently acts as Director Operations. Steve brings sound expertise in managing site operations, construction methods, planning and scheduling with the ability to bring out the best in his team. Steve engages the trades and knows how to target key project milestones through stakeholder collaboration. Steve is a member of Eastern’s Board of Directors.

With the majority of Heather Anne’s project experience derived from Healthcare and Hospitality assignments within Toronto’s core, she is adept at dealing with complex sites, utilizing advanced techniques to manage site logistics and material handling, enhancing site productivity and bolstering schedule certainty. As a senior leader of the firm, Heather Anne reviews all active projects providing input and guidance.

Michael is a seasoned construction professional who worked with some of Canada’s most noted General Contractors. Specializing in project acquisition and pursuit management, Michael has led over 500 bids including Lump Sum, Construction Management, Design Build, Modified Design Build, Integrated Project Delivery, and Alternative Financing where he was responsible for securing work, negotiating contracts, and mobilizing the team.

ADAM McFARLAND // CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Adam is adept at problem solving, negotiating, and communications. Andy Pabla // VP Risk Management

Andy offers decades of progressive experience as a senior administrator involved in all aspects of commercial construction with a particular focus on public sector projects. Andy supports Estimating and Project Teams stationed on-site advising on contractual and construction risks as well as project-level financial management. He oversees project cost reporting, the review and administration of contracts, and assists with procurement and the preparation of monthly project reports.
