The project entails the construction of 6-storey office building (no basement, surface parking only), constructed to achieve LEED Gold Certification. The building consists of a cast-in-place concrete structure on caissons. The envelope generally consists of curtain wall with a combination of metal panels, brick, and stone. All office areas have raised access flooring with underfloor mechanical and electrical systems. Individually controlled ventilation, operable windows, interior automated light shelves and exterior sunshades are part of the sustainable features included in the scope.
