Third-party Recruitment Practices

Eastern is assisted by select search partners under established contracts for professional recruitment services. We do not accept unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles from other firms/employment agencies not already contracted with us. Please note that all unsolicited resumes received by any of our staff become property of Eastern Construction, without right of claim for third party search fees, where an agreement is not in place. Recruiters may submit their introductions and proposed terms of service for future consideration, citing “Recruitment Services Proposal” in the subject line to: HR@easternconstruction.com. Thank you for your cooperation, no phone calls please.

Fraudulent Recruitment or Employment Offers

It has come to Eastern Construction’s attention that one or more individuals have been falsely claiming to represent our company, have posted fraudulent employment opportunities and have made fraudulent offers of employment. Eastern does not ask potential employees for personal information, money or the offer of money under any circumstances. Any offer of employment or other contact by Eastern is made through an official Eastern Construction email address (not through personal emails) and only once there has been formal face to face interviews. If you have received any such offer that purports to be from our Company, it is fraudulent. We recommend you do not respond and immediately contact your local law enforcement agency to report the matter.
