Montcrest School is a co-educational community located in the Riverdale community.  Standing on its 54-year heritage of fostering intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and social/emotional development and well-being, Montcrest has undertaken a campaign to transform the school by constructing purpose-built facilities for grades six through eight.  The new space will provide right-sized teaching and learning spaces reflective of student needs.  The project will be executed in three non-contiguous phases over a period spanning May 2016 through to December 2017.  Using a Construction Management approach, the scope of work includes selective demolition, adaption of heritage structures, and expansion of campus facilities.

Eastern Construction is pleased to be working with Mongomery Sisam Architects and MPHM on this project.
