In the coming months, Eastern Construction will embark upon a renovation program at the Adelaide Hotel (the former Trump Tower) which, once complete, will launch the operation of the facility as the St. Regis Toronto. The current scope of work initially consists of two components, namely, a rejuvenation of the lobby area and renovation of the 31st floor restaurant.
The lobby renovation will include a series of visible and invisible improvements, both on the interior and exterior of the building. Most notably, the lobby will be refreshed to align with the vision of the St. Regis brand and will receive new millwork and redesigned ceiling along with the introduction of a café. Exterior changes to the property include improvements to the porte-cochere.
The restaurant and bar on the 31st floor, comprising the second component of the project, will be reimagined and rebranded in time for the launch of the St. Regis Toronto property.
